Litigation refers to the process of resolving disputes by filing or answering a complaint through the public court system. Litigation is a contested action, where someone else, such as a judge may make the final decisions for the parties unless the parties settle before trial. Settlement can happen at any point during the litigation process and there may be a series of hearings and temporary orders culminating in the final orders.

Corporate Contracts

A corporate contract is a legal agreement between two or more parties that is done voluntarily and deliberately. Contracts are mostly written but can be spoken or implied where most have to do with a sale or lease, employment, or tenancy.
